The Strickland Service Department prides itself on precision, quality, efficiency, and personal attention. All jewelry repairs are done in house at our locations in Dothan, AL and Enterprise, AL. A combination of old techniques and high-tech equipment allows Strickland Jewelers to repair and create many pieces that other stores would have to send off-site.
Our new high-tech laser equipment enables us to work on jewelry and perform repairs not possible before using the traditional torch methods. Strickland’s computerized engraver allows a new level of quality and detail to any engraved piece. Our In-House Repair Department can efficiently and safely work on any precious metal without risk to the gemstone, so you can be assured your piece is protected. Again, we offer watch repair, pearl stringing, appraisals, remounts and custom designs.
